DAVE BREWER INC. TO START CONSTRUCTION OF SPEC HOME FOR ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS FAMILIES AT VERAMONTE IN NORTH SEMINOLE COUNTY

SANFORD, Fla. - Dave Brewer, Inc., will start construction of a 4,500 square foot four-bedroom luxury home designed for environmentally conscious families at Veramonte, a gated community located off Markham Woods Rd. in north Seminole County

Gary Rauch, president of Dave Brewer, Inc., said the luxury home builder will utilize a variety of new “green” energy efficient construction techniques, including built-up walls.

Rauch said construction is expected to start in 45 days.
