Rauch said Dave Brewer, Inc. has been focusing on unique homes for niche markets for the past decade. “ We have built some of the largest homes in the region, we have built luxury homes designed specifically for empty nesters, homes for affluent men and women who own large or multiple vehicles such as boats and antique cars, and remodeling of luxury homes,” Rauch said.
