SANFORD, Fla. — Dave Brewer, Inc., which ranks as the region’s most active builder of luxury homes priced at more than $1 million, recently completed and finalized contracts for three more projects. “New home construction has slowed as a result of the economy, and more luxury home owners today are taking the time to improve and enlarge their existing homes,” said Gary Rauch, president of Dave Brewer, Inc. Rauch said the recently completed remodeling projects in Heathrow Woods, Alaqua Lakes and the Markham Woods Rd. area in Seminole County, totaled more than $1 Million.
