DAVE BREWER INC. REPORTS LUXURY HOME SALES ONLY SLIGHTLY OFF FROM 2007 - July 31, 2008

SANFORD, Fla. --- Dave Brewer, Inc., which ranks as one of Central Florida’s most active builders of luxury custom homes valued at more than $1 million, reports that sales so far this year are only off by 4 percent from 2007. Matt Trask, business director at Dave Brewer, Inc., said the homebuilder is on track to close on sales of 15 luxury homes for revenues of more than $27 million before the end of this year. Since Jan. 1, Dave Brewer, Inc. has had 17 new homes under construction at an average sales price of $1.5 million.
