SANFORD, Florida - Dave Brewer Inc, which ranks as one of the region’s leading builders of luxury homes valued at more than $1 million and up reports the start of four large custom homes. The Firms remodeling division- Dave Brewer Constructors- has also started two new large projects.

Matt Trask, vice president at Dave Brewer, Inc., said work has started on four new homes with square footage ranging from 5000 to over 8000 at a price point of over 1.6M each. All of the projects reside in the Markham Woods and Windermere areas.
Each home varies in the Architectural style with all four offering special features to include smart home automation, natural distressed beams and state of the art energy efficient elements and materials throughout.

“Many of our clients these days want more of a transitional interior style home with clean lines and more of a Florida type exterior with natural stone and barrel tile roofs” Trask said.

Trask said Dave Brewer Constructors has two remodeling projects underway including a 1300 square foot addition to a Alaqua home and a 650 square foot addition to a home in Lake Mary.

Murray will serve as construction manager for both the firm’s new home construction and remodeling divisions.
