SANFORD, Florida - Dave Brewer Constructors, the remodeling division of Dave Brewer, Inc, which ranks as one of the region’s leading builders of luxury homes valued at more than $1 million, sees an increase in sales of more than 60% from the same time last year. 

Matt Trask, President of Dave Brewer Constructors., said the firms remodeling sales have skyrocketed with the average remodel sales price going from $200,000 in 2019 to an average sales price of $500,000. One project- the addition of more than 3000 square feet living/outdoor space in Lake County- is valued at more than $650,000.

“With the limited available custom home lots on the market, clients are opting to stay in their existing homes and adding a substantial investment to update and expand their current homes” Trask said
