DAVE BREWER INC.'S MATT TRASK RECOGNIZED AS THE 2016 MASTER CUSTOM BUILDER COUNCIL'S BUILDER OF THE YEAR

SANFORD, Florida - Dave Brewer Inc,which ranks as one of the region’s leading builders of luxury homes valued at more than $1 million, wins the MCBC prestigious builder of the year award.
Matt Trask, was recognized as the MCBCs 2016 builder of the year. The Master Custom Builder Council is an invitation only originations that is made of 28 of the top custom home builders in Florida.
“The MCBC builder of the year award means a lot as its members are the ones who vote on the award so it’s very special to be recognized” Trask said. “We have a great team who takes pride in every home we build, so this award is as much for them as it is for me” Trask Continued.
Dave Brewer was one of the founder members of the MCBC group almost 30 years ago and Matt Trask has served as the past president and steering member for the past 7 years.
